Shipping Costs returns
Original shipping and return costs are non-refundable. When you wish to exchange item(s), we take care of shipping costs (Benelux only).
Lune Active can refund only products purchased on www.LuneActive.com. Products purchased at retailers must be returned to them. Item(s) can only be returned when these item(s) have not been worn or used, and all original tags are attached.
Duties and Taxes
Customs duties and taxes on non-EU orders are non-refundable. Your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.
We make our products with love. However, damages and production faults occur from time to time. If you receive a product that is damaged, we gladly replace or refund, subject to availability.
Faulty items can only be returned to the Lune Active online store if they were purchased directly from our website. Garments purchased through a retailer must be returned to them.
Should you receive a faulty item, please be sure to contact CustomerCare@LuneActive.com and provide photos of the damage(s).
Gift Cards are sent by email and are an online voucher redeemable on www.LuneActive.com only. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards are available at gift cards from €50 to €200.
Please note: gift cards cannot be refunded.
All discounts will be prorated among the total number of items purchased in the event of a return.
