Return of item(s)
Lune Active will gladly offer a full refund on online orders returned within 14 days from receipt of goods to Lune Active Hq. If you'd like to exchange for a different size, colour or style - we kindly ask you to contact us: CustomerCare@LuneActive.com.
- Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for shipping costs to return goods.
- Only products purchased on www.LuneActive.com can be refunded by Lune Active. Products purchased at retailers must be returned to them.
- Item(s) can only be returned when these item(s) have not been worn or used and all original tags are attached.
Contact Lune Active
Email CustomerCare@LuneActive.com and be sure to provide your order details including order number and item(s) to be returned. A Lune Active customer care representative will then email you a Lune Active Return Authorization Form.
- Upon receiving the Return Authorization Form you will have 10 days to pack and ship items to be returned to Lune Active Hq. The shipping address will be provided on the RA form.
- Refunds are credited to the original card or PayPal account that the customer paid within 5 business days after receipt of goods at our Hq.
We make our products with love. However, damages and production faults occur from time to time. If you receive a product that is damaged we gladly replace or refund, subject to availability.
- Faulty items can only be returned to the Lune Active online store if they were purchased from here. Garments purchased through a retailer must be returned to them.
- Should you receive a faulty item, please be sure to contact CustomerCare@LuneActive.com and provide photos of the damage(s).
Gift Cards are sent by email and are an online voucher redeemable on www.LuneActive.com only. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Please note: gift cards cannot be refunded.
All discounts will be prorated among the total number of items purchased in the event of a return.
