What's the expected delivery time?

We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days. Expected delivery within the Netherlands is 1-2 business days, the EU is 3-5 business days. Worldwide may take up to a maximum of 10 business days, depending on the local customs. We always provide you with a tracking code and cannot be held accountable for shipping delays through any carrier. You can always contact our Customer Care Team to get shipping updates.

Can I track my order?

Do you cover duties and taxes?

We are always looking for the best way to ship our packages to you. Unfortunately, we do not take account for duties and customs. Once the package arrived at the delivery address, an invoice will be sent by the carrier to the customer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard, Paypal, Visa, and Klarna Afterpay.

What happens if my package gets lost?

Please contact us at We do everything we can to assist you if your package got lost in transport. However, we are not responsible for packages once the packages are handed over to the carrier and proof of delivery is generated.

What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
First of all, we are sorry for the inconvenience if this happens. We kindly ask you to send an email with your order number to and include a picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect product. This way, we can come to a fitting solution.
