What payment method does Lune Active Accept?

In the EU all prices are included with VAT, the amount of VAT is visible at check out

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by email. You can check the current status of your shipment. Alternatively, you can email Customer Care at support@luneactive and we will track the order on your behalf.
May I cancel/modify my order?
If your purchase has not been processed we can cancel an order or edit your shipping details.
We are unable to combine orders, alter sizes, add or remove pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
How long does it take to ship my order from time of purchase?
We aim to process your order within 1-2 working days. It depends on your country and postal code when the shipment will be delivered.
What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please send us an email with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and include a picture of the damaged or wrong product. We’ll make sure to look after you!
I'm unsure about sizing.
To ensure the best fit, we recommend referring to each style. There we include measurements for each size, fit notes and information on model size. If you need further assistance, please contact Customer Care team email@example.com

Lune Active takes the protection of our customers’ data very seriously. We will not share information with 3rd parties that are involved directly in the processing and shipments of your order.
