Do I have to pay VAT/duties?
In the EU all prices include VAT, the exact amount is visible at check out. Contact CustomerCare@LuneActive for further information. 

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by email. You can check the current status of your shipment. Alternatively, you can email Customer Care Team at CustomerCare@LuneActive and we will track your order on your behalf. 

May I cancel/modify my order?
If your purchase has not been processed yet we can cancel an order or edit your order details. We kindly ask you to contact our Customer Care Team at CustomerCare@LuneActive.

Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered at checkout. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact our Customer Care-team at CustomerCare@LuneActive.

How long does it take to ship my order from time of purchase?
We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days. It depends on your country when the shipment will be delivered by PostNL within the Benelux or DHL for international orders.

What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
First of all, we are sorry for the inconvenience if this happens. We kindly ask you to send an email with your order number to CustomerCare@LuneActive and include a picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect product.
