Where do we ship to?


We ship worldwide. Our carriers include PostNL, PostNL Abroad, and DHL Express.

Shipping costs are determined by zone and visible at checkout. You can choose your preffered shipping method at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout but you wish place an order, please email us at customercare@luneactive.com and we will happy to assist you further.

Please note: depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which Lune Active cannot accept liability.

You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

 

What is the delivery time?


We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days. Expected delivery within the Netherlands is 1-2 business days, the EU is 3-5 business days. Worldwide may take up to a maximum of 7 business days, depending on the local customs. 

We can't be held accountable for shipping delays through any carrier. You can always contact our Customer Care to get shipping updates.
