Where do we ship to?
We ship throughout Europe and the UK with our carriers PostNL, PostNL Abroad, and DHL Express.
If your country is not available at checkout but you’d like to place an order, please email us at help@luneactive.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Shipping Rates

Netherlands: €5 flat rate

Rest of Europe & UK: €15 flat rate (standard shipping)

Express options are available at checkout at your own cost (calculated at checkout)
Please note: Depending on your order and country, you may be required to pay local taxes and duties upon delivery. Lune Active cannot accept liability for these charges.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days during high-demand periods. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location. Please note we are not responsible for carrier delays. For updates, our Customer Care team is always available at help@luneactive.com
Return Policy
We hope you love your Lune Active purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return or exchange your items. A €9 return fee applies per return.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached

Sale items marked 50% off or more are final sale (no returns, exchanges, or credits)
Returns that don’t meet these criteria will not be accepted.
How to Return
Start your return through our Return Portal.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Lune Active is not responsible for lost parcels.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–10 business days.
